Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System

The Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMs) is a true method of family planning. The CrMs utilizes natural biomarkers to chart naturally occurring periods of fertility and infertility in a woman’s cycle. By learning to identify the signs of a woman’s fertility, a couple can successfully achieve or avoid a pregnancy. The Creighton Model FertilityCare System has been shown in studies to be over 99% effective to avoid pregnancy, and when couples with normal fertility use it to achieve pregnancy, 76% will achieve in their first month.

The Creighton Model chart also serves as a health record for the woman. The chart is a valuable tool for trained medical professionals who use the woman’s charting to evaluate fertility, infertility, and a variety of other gynecologic medical conditions.

Many women wonder if they can use this system if they have irregular or anovulatory cycles, are breastfeeding, or if they are just coming of the birth control pill. The answer is YES! Any woman, regardless of cycle length, reproductive history or situation, can use this system. We have women using learning to track their cycles from the early age of 14 all the way through menopause.
