Shelly Nussbaum graduated from UHCL in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She loves the communicative and healing nature of the body, and when she first found the Creighton method in 2013, she knew she had to share it with others. She says it “blew her away” because of its scientific research, logic, and concurrency of health care and faith. Shelly and her family have lived in Houston most of her life. She says she can’t wait to share this method of fertility appreciation with anyone and everyone.
